Where Did The Children Go?
Where did the children go
So lost and all alone
Why did we release to wander on their own
And where's the tradition that keeps them safe and warm The path without a roadmap only leads to harm
Where did the people go
So far away from home
Why did they abandon duty to small souls
And where's the real knowledge to guide them by the arm
There must be a trump for sounding the alarm
How do we reach them to guide, protect through the night
Who's going to teach them the prize for doing what's right
Look at the children led captive down the way
The dark will soon take the disappearing day
See the lost children the thief's about to sieze
Listen to voices echo in the breeze
Bridge
Don't let them go, please don't let them die
They're searching hard to find that fountain of life
Their cries are faint, their
strength is weak
The future's in their hands Let's tend to what they seek
Solo
Where did the children go so lost and all alone
How can they still hope to find their way back home
Bridge
Just don't let them go,
Just don't let them die...
...Tomorrow's in their hands, Let's give them what they need
Where did all the children go so lost and all alone
The family at home will bring them all back soon
